Calculators built for India: lakh and crore, the new tax regime, GST slabs and small savings rates. Every tool links to its source and shows when it was checked.
Featured India tool
Convert any amount between lakh, crore, thousand, million and billion in one step. Type a number, pick its unit, and see it written in the Indian format with lakh and crore commas, in the international format, and in words, so you can read a price, salary or budget figure without counting zeros.
Worked example
2.5 crore in other units. One crore is 1,00,00,000, so 2.5 crore = 2.5 × 1,00,00,000 = ₹2,50,00,000. In international format that is 25,000,000, which is 25 million. In lakh it is 2.5 × 100 = 250 lakh, and in words it reads 2 crore 50 lakh rupees.

Why trust the numbers
A calculator is only as good as its rates. Every India tool shows where its numbers come from and when they were last checked.
Each tool links to the law, notice or tariff it uses.
The last-checked date sits on every tool page.
A step-by-step example lets you check the maths yourself.

Works everywhere
Each tool links to the official notification, law or policy it uses, for example CBIC for GST, the Income Tax Department for income tax and the Ministry of Finance for small savings rates, and shows the date it was last checked.
Whenever the government or regulator changes them. The Union Budget each February brings the biggest changes. The GST Council revises rates during the year, and small savings rates are set every quarter.
Yes. Every India tool is free, needs no account and works on mobile and desktop.
No. The calculators run in your browser, so the amounts, salary or marks you enter are never sent to us or stored.
Use the result as a careful estimate. For a tax return, invoice dispute or application, the official notice or the department always has the final word, which is why every tool links to its source.
